Chef Chan Wai Keung is a game-changer in shaping the interpretation of modern Cantonese cuisine to the world. At age fifteen, Chef Chan began his culinary career as an apprentice to a Cantonese Masterchef in Hong Kong. Over the years, Chef Chan has gone on a culinary journey on his own, honing his knowledge and techniques along the way. In his illustrious career spanning over four decades, Chef Chan plied his craft in many world-renowned restaurants and luxury hotel restaurants in Singapore, Shenzhen, South Korea, Taiwan, Beijing, and the United States. In his travels, Chef Chan cultivated a deep understanding of how a culture inspire flavours. This appreciation played a significant role in his gastronomic outlook.
From a humble apprentice, multi-award-winning Chef Chan has reached the upper echelons of the culinary world. In 2015, he won the Milan World Expo Food & Fashion world competition, which saw the judging panel unanimously conferred him the title World Chef God. In 2019, he returned to Singapore as Executive Chef at Award-Winning Chinese Fine Dining Restaurant, Mott 32 at Marina Bay Sands.

Chef Kam Chee Lai
With more than three decades of experience from internationally renowned hotels and restaurants, Chef Kam discovered his passion for cooking when he was a child. He began his culinary journey with mostly preparation work and slowly worked his way up and gradually developed a strong passion in Chinese Cuisine. Today, Chef Kam is a professional and celebrated culinary instructor.
Through his innovation and passion for showcasing quality ingredients, Chef Kam has won several awards under his belt, such as Winner of 2016 Taipei World Chef Championship and Winner of 2017 Chine KaiHua Culinary Challenge. During his culinary journey, Chef Kam was seen actively promoting Chinese cooking as the founding member and Vice Chairman of Hou Yow Cooks’ Association Singapore.
A true chef at heart and with great expertise in nutritional cooking, Chef Kam hopes to continue sourcing the best ingredients to create new yet familiar flavors while capturing the true soul of nutritional pregnancy meals.
Deeron Tan is our in-house Nutritionist. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Food and Nutrition from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK). She is an Accredited Nutritionist of Singapore registered with the Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association (SNDA).
Deeron has over seven years of experience analyzing and developing healthier menus and products for various F&B companies. She is passionate about educating the public about the importance of a healthy and balanced diet through her nutrition and educational talks.
She firmly believes that a great and healthy body starts by eating a nourishing and well-balanced meal.
Outside of work, Deeron enjoys a good yoga session to strengthen and tone the body.
